Natural Medicine Facilitator in Training
A practice built on care, rigor, and respect for the process
My path to natural medicine facilitation began long before I ever heard the word psilocybin. With a master's degree in sports psychology, I spent years exploring the relationship between mind, body, and peak human experience — and quietly searching for something deeper. Traditional talk therapy, as valuable as it is, kept pointing toward the surface. I wanted to understand what lived underneath.
My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, the emerging science of psychedelic-assisted therapy, and a reverence for the sacred nature of this work. I hold space that is both clinically rigorous and spiritually attuned — honoring the full human being who walks through the door. Everything I do operates in full compliance with Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act, because safety and legality are not separate from the work; they are the foundation of it.

My Philosophy
The work deserves your full attention — and mine
Safety first, always
Every engagement begins with a thorough screening process. Psilocybin is a powerful tool, and it is not appropriate for everyone. I take that responsibility seriously — which means I will be honest with you about whether I believe this work is a good fit, even when that answer is no.
Evidence-informed, not dogmatic
I follow the growing body of clinical research on psilocybin with genuine interest and appropriate skepticism. I don't make promises the science doesn't support. What I offer is a carefully held space, professional facilitation, and thoughtful integration support.
Integration is where the work lives
The session itself is only part of the process. What you do with the experience afterward — how you make meaning of it, how you let it inform your life — is where lasting change tends to happen. I take integration as seriously as preparation.
